About Kirstie
Born and raised in Arkansas, Kirstie Bailey is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist dedicated to supporting the emotional well-being of children, teens, young adults, and families. She is trained in a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Play Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Child–Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). She is also trained in perinatal mental health.
Kirstie specializes in helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and parenting needs. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered, with a deep belief in the healing power of connection and play. She strives to create a safe, supportive environment where clients of all ages feel understood, empowered, and equipped with practical tools for growth.
Passionate about identifying and growing each client’s personal strengths, Kirstie is committed to walking alongside clients as they build resilience, confidence, and healthier emotional foundations.
