About Jenna

Jenna Bundy is a Licensed Associate Counselor who received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from John Brown University in 2019. She also received her Bachelor’s in Family and Human Services from John Brown University in 2010.

Jenna has experience working with children, teens and adults navigating life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Jenna believes in a holistic approach to therapy that considers each individual’s needs and strengths. She approaches counseling from a client-centered perspective, with a strong influence from cognitive behavioral therapy. She also incorporates solution-focused techniques to help clients recognize their strengths and identify practical steps toward their goals.

Jenna believes that people grow when they feel seen and accepted, and she strives to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can be honest about their experiences and explore meaningful change. She views therapy as a collaborative journey and feels honored to walk alongside clients as they gain greater understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the experiences that have shaped them. Jenna is also practiced in discussing faith and spirituality and exploring the impact of faith experiences.

Outside of the counseling space, Jenna is an avid reader, runner and enjoys spending time with her husband and their two boys. She loves spending time outdoors, camping, and traveling with her family.
