About Heather
Heather is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who provides medication management for adults and adolescents ages 13 and up. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2022, but her passion for mental health began long before that. She has worked in various mental health settings since 2006 and genuinely loves helping people navigate life’s challenges.
Heather believes mental health care should feel welcoming, supportive, and free of judgment. While medication management is her primary role, she also incorporates supportive therapy and views herself as a partner, educator, and encourager. Her hope is that clients leave each visit feeling a little more understood, a little more hopeful, and reminded that they don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys reading, trying new foods, and spending time outdoors with her family in beautiful Northwest Arkansas.
